| So what can we the staff change (within reason) to make the experience better for the students? | |

| Let us into the basement without needing supervision! If the RC's really want to know what we are up to, then damnit, they can come supervise us. I don't want to have to rely on my RC's schedule to do laundry.
I remember last year (West Term II, 2007) that Julian, Clay and myself went downstairs at 7 in the morning and watched sportscenter and comedy central in N commons while waiting for our laundry. Can anyone tell me what, exactly, the staff is trying to prevent?
And, no, O commons will NEVER replace N commons as the sanctuary of chill. | |

| The same rules from last year, basically.
~The lack of the all-nighter on the last night SUCKED. If anything, that's the biggest deal. I, for one, like to enjoy my last few hours at TIP not in my room. ~Basement supervision was very inconvenient, too. I would like to do laundry whenever I want. Having no clothes to sleep in and no towel to shower with is especially bad right after the dance, and I'm sure no RC likes being woken up at 7:00, like we did to poor Rajhai. ~Creation of a dress code was annoying. It wasn't a problem last year. ~The "evening-activity-sign-up" in the morning was a total FAILURE. Good call on taking that away after a week or so.
Those were the most prominent, I guess. Sorry for being rude, but I really liked the way everything was structured last year. I'm sure everyone else agrees; just re-watch the "Doctor, doctor" skit. | |

| I thought the signing up was actually kind of funny. Every was running for dear life just to sign up for evening activities ... | |

| well, at least it was an incentive to get out of bed...it was so annoying though..i lived on teh first floor in M, right around the corner, and if we came up half a minute early they yelled at us to go back and by the time we walked to the end of the hallway and back the line already stretched down the hall | |

| Bring back the Milk Chug and the Crest next year. Those were the two fourth year skits or whatever that I had come to tip expecting to do, but instead I got stuck only doing Dr Dr. Pretty much everything else everyone said as well. I thank Brian (the RC) for the activity sign up changes cuz he actually listened to us when we talked to him about it and then brought it up in a staff meeting. Sorry to say, but I think most things this year were poorly planned. A few I can remember are the scavenger hunt, the postponement of the carnival day (which I think should be changed back to casino day), and even the sunrise watching on the last day. Last year we went there in the dark and saw every part of it. This year, the staff had to be told that the sun was already rising before they remembered to take us. | |

| another thing that bothered me was the lack of activities for carnival day it felt a lot more like "lame evening activities" that you could've just changed between
ditto on the milk chug and crest | |

| Carnival ---so first term carnival was different. i think it would've been a lot more amusing if we had gotten a karaoke machine. the scavenger hunt also did not happen term one. Crest--- Some tipster obviously told their parents and too many called the main office Milk Chug--- Honestly, nobody ever finished that and it was nasty as hell to clean up. Sign ups--- I got nothing, they were gonna be bad either way. But yes, thank Brian for the newer version. Sun rise--- Would have worked if I ran it Casino Day--- Speculation here, but I think kids' parents claimed it caused gambling addictions. Also rumor has it a tipster decided to "make it rain" Laundry/Basement--- No comment. | |

| Crest - You sign up for it so its not as if anyone is doing anything they don't want. Milk Chug - Last year they almost finished it, and if its the cleaning up that you don't like, then have the kids who do the chug clean it all up. Casino Day - Yea someone did last year, and it was funny as hell. Didn't really matter tho since the majority of the money was made off of sticky notes. Sun rise - Who is TIP shadow? | |

| --- i'm am/was a staff member is all i'm saying for now. and given the recent legal matters with the pac-man jones case, main office deemed making it rain very NTP. and they did make kids clean it up. it was the puking afterwards that ppl didn't like. crest problem was someone was sick and did it at one of the campuses. | |

| Yeah my complaints are the same. The basement issue is a problem. We could go in the basement last year and nothing really bad happened, and also the Carnival Day would be better even with the Make it Rain issue, I don't see how bad it could get for it to be NTP, it's not like we were at a strip club.

| Yeah, I'm going to have to agree with everything above. You guys covered most of it. I did have a problem with the new rules imposed on Ultimate. Four people got concussions first term was the reason behind the rules, but was us making two sides and playing frisbee tag not more dangerous than a game could have ever been? In a game, you don't try to hit people when they weren't looking... The way signups started out was terrible, but the way they ended up working wasn't a new idea. It was done that way last year, but slightly better(I don't know what was different, but that's my opinion). My 2 cents, anyway. | |

| Yeah, I know, I thought more people were injured playing the little "frisbee pass" game every day than playing ultimate.
And I think main office needs to give us Casino day back. Like Obi said, we're nowhere near a strip club, and a lot of people don't even know about the incident. I mean, if some star brushed his teeth in a strip club, would the main office prohibit us from brushing our teeth? I think it's just stupid -.-;; | |

| See? This is what I mean by some people don't even know about the case. Main office needs to think more deeply before they make a decision like this -.- | |

| a large number of main office decisions come from complaints from the parents. don't tell your parents about stuff and less things will get taken away. | |

| I don't tell my parents anything outside the topic of what we learned in class. Other people should start doing that too >_> | |
